Greenville,SC-Children

Report from Greenville – Sunday night edition.

First impressions: So much for sunny South Carolina. After crashing from exhaustion after a 15 hour odyssey to get here, we woke up today to rain (and some room-shaking thunder in the middle of the night). But hey, it beats the 8 inches of snow Columbia got. We're only a little jealous of all the Twitter pics we've seen of the Florida ASB trips lounging on the beach...

So technically, getting from Columbia to Greenville takes only 12 hours, but throw in some hijinks and it'll take just a little longer. We had to barge into Anthony's dorm to wake him up, and running out of gas in Nashville gave us our first taste of southern hospitality in the form of some friendly car pushing strangers.

To start off our blogging, we'll do a rundown of our favorite trip moments so far, what we're looking forward to most, and a piece of advice for future ASBers.

It's all gravy.

Stephen:
Favorite: Interacting with the church
Advice: Go to waffle house, walk in with a big group, then walk out. Wait for discount.
Looking forward: Meeting who we're working with

Anthony
Favorite: Taco Mamacita
Advice: Don't wear a jacket in the backseat. Don't do an all-nighter the night before your ASB trip. Have fun.
Looking forward: Going back to Taco Mamacita
