December 21, 2012 is regarded as the last day of a 5,125-year-long cycle according to the Mayan calendar. We spent our day painting doors, prepping the safe room for concrete, eating treats from Greg and Mary (our contractors), and enjoying a full-on southern meal from the owner of Aroma’s, Kay Kay. If the world ends tomorrow, I think we can look back and say today was a fun, productive last day on Earth.
